Jeff is a Licensed REALTOR® who is the Owner/Operator of the Withers Howell Group. He specializes in Buying or Selling of Residential Real Estate and Land in Denton County and in the DFW Area. He has advanced training In Sales Contracts, Market Trends, and helping his clients have a stress free experience. He holds designations in SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) and NHSAC (New Home Sales Agent Certification). He first came into the business in July 2014 and hit the ground running. After just his first year in the business, he was awarded by his brokerage at the Real T Team "Rookie of the Year" which is awarded to the Top Producing Agent with less than a year of experience by closing 31 transactions and $5,850,000 in total Value. Since then, he has closed over 250 transactions for just over $60,000,00 in volume.
